  • How do I schedule my first iClean order?
    Please download our easy to use app on your phones app store or use our online ordering website.
  • Is there a minimum order size for Wash & Fold?
    Yes, the minimum order size for our Wash & Fold service is 15 lbs. If your order does not meet the 15 pound minimum order size, you will still be charged for the 15 pounds.
  • What can I expect to happen with my iClean order?
    The iClean app and service is simple to use! Just schedule a convenient pickup & drop off time through our app or online website. 1. Order Pickup ● Once your driver is en route to pickup your order, you will receive a notification through the app or text message stating the ETA of your driver. You will receive another notification when the driver has arrived. ● Your driver will arrive with iClean bags to pick-up your garments ● Please make sure your orders are ready by having your wash and fold laundry separated from your dry cleaning garments. We will provide bags for each service. ● If you have any stains or special instructions, you may leave notes within the iClean app under “notes.” ● Your order will be delivered at your scheduled time the following day. ● iClean also provides additional services such as hand washing, hang drying, leather/suede/fur cleaning, wedding gowns as well as simple alterations such as hems. Please note the turnaround time for these special services is not 24 hours, we will be able to provide you an time estimate once we determine what needs to be done. 2. Cleaning your order ● After pickup, we bring all of your items to our facility where every piece is itemized ● You will then receive an email with a detailed receipt of all items we have received for cleaning ● We will then start processing your order accordingly 3. Delivery ● Our driver will deliver your order within the time slot that you have scheduled. You will receive a notification through our app to let you know that your driver is on his way with your order.
  • Where can I view my order history?
    ● You can view your order history on the homepage of our app under "my orders"
  • Can I customize my wash settings?
    ● Yes, please tap on the profile button, bottom right of your iClean app. You will see update account info. Proceed to "account info" to customize your wash settings. You will be able to select fabric softener, temperature of wash for whites and colors, and temperature of drying for whites and colors cycles.
  • When will my clothes be ready for delivery?
    ● Your items will be ready to be delivered in 24 hours (Wash & Fold Services) ● Your items will be ready to be delivered in 48 hours (Dry Cleaning Services)

  • How does iClean ensure quality?
    iClean takes great pride in providing the highest quality cleaning service to all of our clients. Every item goes through a seven step series of inspection to ensure that each and every garment is returned in pristine condition. If for some reason a stain slips through our quality control checkpoints, please email us at support@joiniclean.com for a complimentary re-cleaning. We will make sure to do whatever it takes to get everything right.
  • Does iClean provide eco-friendly Dry Cleaning?
    ● iClean only uses only eco-friendly solvents ● We never use perchloroethylene (“perc”) which is a known carcinogen

  • Do you clean wedding dresses?
    Yes, we are very experienced with cleaning delicate wedding dresses. We will clean and preserve your wedding dress and return it to you in an acid free box. This cleaning process will take approximately 3-4 weeks and the cost for this service is $249.95. ● Eco-friendly and perc-free gown cleaning by hand ● Expert stain removal services ● Anti-yellowing treatment ● Hand pressed ● Your gown will be wrapped in museum style muslin ● We will seal the box for extra protection ● Acid-free preservation container ● $1000 declared value insurance ● Lifetime guarantee
  • Will iClean re-clean clothes if a stain does not come out?
    ● iClean will re-clean your garment at no cost but we request that you report the stains to us within 48 hours of delivery. ● iClean will attempt to remove the stain again however, if we feel that further attempts to remove the stain will damage the garment, we will return your item with a tag attached to the hanger indicating that further treatment will damage the material.
  • How much does iClean services cost?
    ● iClean offers complete dry cleaning, wash & fold, hand wash and wet cleaning and finish with steaming or pressing. ● Our pricing is shown on our app once you tap on “Pricing”
  • Do you have hidden fees?

  • Will iClean accept a copy of my keys?
    ● iClean cannot accept keys from customers for liability purposes. We do however offer delivery even when you are not at home when you give us detailed instructions on where to leave your garments.
  • What happens in the Hang Dry process?
    ● After your items are laundered they will be hung to dry and returned to you folded ● We recommend hang drying for delicate garments and garments that are prone to shrinkage, fading or damage ● After your garments are dry, they will be folded but not pressed
  • What types of garments should be hung to dry?
    iClean recommends the following items to be hung to dry. ● Spandex ● Delicates ● Undergarments

  • Is there a delivery fee?
    We charge a $5.95 convince fee for all orders which covers pick-up & delivery.
  • Do you charge a cancellation or no-show fee?
    ● We do not charge a cancellation fee as long as our driver is not already en-route to your location. ● We do charge a $5.95 fee if our driver shows up for a pick-up or delivery at your scheduled time and there is no one there to meet our driver. Our drivers cannot wait for more than 5 minutes per location to meet the client as our drivers need to stay on schedule for all of the other pickups and delivery.
  • What if I need to cancel my iClean pick-up or delivery?
    You will only be charged a $5.95 fee if our driver is already en-route or has arrived at your pick-up or drop-off location
  • What should I do if I am running late and the driver is on his way?
    If our driver is already en-route or has arrived, you will be charged a $5.95 fee.

  • Can I give you more clothes when you deliver my previous order?
    ● Yes, we are able to take a new clothing order at the time of delivery. We just ask that you create a new order that corresponds to your previous order’s delivery time so that the driver is aware that he also has a pick-up at the time of delivery. It also helps us to keep track of your new order.
  • Can I get my Wash & Fold turned around in 24 hours?
    ● Yes! All of our Wash & Fold services have a 24 hour turnaround time unless there are special requests or difficult stains that will require more time to get thoroughly cleaned.
  • Do you charge a delivery fee?
    ● There is a $5.95 convenience fee per order which covers delivery fees.
  • Can I receive a delivery if I am not home?
    ● Yes, we are able to leave your items at your home and can provide a door hanger for your convenience at no additional cost to you by emailing us at support@joiniclean.com ● We are also able to leave it with your doorman or follow any special instructions that you may have for us. ● Once your items are delivered, a photograph of where the items were left for your convenience can be viewed on the iClean app. ● Although we can accommodate your special delivery instructions, iClean cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items after your items have been delivered per your instructions.
  • What if I need to cancel my iClean pick-up or delivery?
    ● Please call or text us at 424-294-2222 or email support@joiniclean.com ● You will only be charged a $5.95 fee if our driver is already en-route or has arrived at your pick-up or drop-off location

  • Is it possible to have my items delivered to an alternate address?
    Unfortunately iClean will only pick up and deliver to the same address. Unless special requests are made.

  • What is iClean’s policy on delicate items that have a risk of damage during cleaning?
    ● If iClean believes that the item will put other items at risk during cleaning such as color bleeding etc. we will return the item uncleaned. iClean will first discuss with the client the best course of action to get your item cleaned.
  • What is iClean’s policy on items with sequins, embroidery or ornamentation?
    ● Before we attempt to clean these type of items, we request that you grant iClean approval and release iClean of any liability if damage should occur during the cleaning process as there are some inherent risks associated with cleaning sequins, embroidery and ornamentation due to the mechanical action of the cleaning process. ● Although iClean takes full precautions to protect your delicate items which includes turning the items inside out and using protective mesh bags to prevent any damage, we cannot be 100% sure that no damage will occur during the cleaning process.
  • What is iClean’s policy with faux leather?
    ● Because of the complex nature of faux leather, we will first ask that you give us your approval and release iClean of any liability should any damage occur. ● Faux leather is made of plastics that still have risks of cracking, color bleeding or melting when exposed to high temperatures. Although we take full precautions to protect all faux leather items which includes hang drying the item, we cannot guarantee that no damage will occur. ● There is also an extra $5 per item charge for faux leather.
  • What is iClean policy on items that have a potential for color bleeding?
    ● If we find an item that shows susceptibility to color bleeding, we will return the item to you uncleaned. Even with your release of liability, we cannot clean these items as they pose a risk to other garments that will be cleaned at the same time.
  • What is iClean’s policy when it finds pre-exisiting damage on a garment?
    ● If we find pre-existing damage to one of your garments, iClean will contact you to discuss next steps. ● If the damage is repairable, we will recommend repair options. If the damage is unrepairable, or you would like to proceed with cleaning without repairing the item, we can do so, however we ask that you give us your approval and release iClean of liability if more damage should occur.
  • What happens if iClean damages or loses one of my items?
    ● If one of your items are damaged, iClean will work with the client to determine whether it can be repaired or restored to good condition. If it cannot be repaired or restored, and it is determined that the damage was a direct result of our cleaning process, we will work to compensate our clients in a way that is fair. ● If we replace a damaged item, we will keep the original damaged item and donate the item to a local charity. ● Although iClean has implemented strict checkpoints and processes to ensure that your items are carefully accounted for, in the rare event that iClean has lost or damaged an item, we will work with the client to ensure a fair form of compensation.
  • How do I enter or update my billing information?
    ● Please go to your iClean app and tap on the “profile” on the bottom right of the app and select update Credit Card information.
