Furthermore, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality service while also minimizing our impact on the environment. To this end, we exclusively use hypoallergenic detergents and softeners in our wash and fold and laundry services.

In an effort to reduce plastic waste, we provide each of our customers with iClean bags to use with every order. These multi-purpose bags are designed to replace the need for plastic bags and help reduce the amount of waste that ends up in our landfills and waterways.

At iClean, we care deeply about the environment, which is why we have chosen eco-conscious delivery vehicles to help minimize our contribution to air pollution.

Our drivers immediately take inventory of your belongings upon pickup and send you an itemized email to confirm receipt of each piece. We never use third-party services, reducing the risk of accidental misplacement and enabling us to maintain strict quality control over the cleaning and processing of your belongings.

Our dry cleaning and laundry services have a standard 24-hour turnaround time at no extra charge. We value your feedback and encourage you to rate our service and provide feedback directly through the iClean app. We are committed to providing excellent service and look forward to working with you!
